In an effort to expand our team, we are seeking Consultants.


  • Conduct analysis/audits of organizational structures, operational procedures and operational performance (including use of IT & Management Systems)
  • Development and evaluation of levers for efficiency and increases in productivity
  • Execute implementation process of improvements ensuring successful integration
  • Preparation and execution of workshops including training and coaching


  • Economic, engineering or business related dagree
  • Initial work experience in the process industry or in a consulting company or practical experience through relevant internships, project work or activity
  • Proven competence and ability to quickly problem-solve complex issues and develop practical solutions
  • Hands-on mentality paired with a professional and engaging demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Englisch (written and spoken)
  • Must reside within the continental United State
  • ExcellentMS-Office skills
  • Willingness to travel
